Information Tools
It is the tool where the computer provides various forms of information such as text, graphics, sound and video in the process of teaching and learning. Even multimedia encyclopedias are one of the informative tools which are available on the internet. However, this tool bound with a passive repository where information is deposited for storage or safekeeping and are not interactive or require the learner to do anything. Examples: multimedia encyclopedias, digital libraries, electronic books, databases, music, videos, images/clip-arts databases, YouTube, and resources available on the Internet and CD/DVDs.
