Constructive tools, such as Microsoft Word, or PowerPoint, are being widely utilized in the education sector and other organizations mostly in the form of presentations, reports, and letters etc. These programs can allow users to organize and present their ideas in attractive formats. In schools and institutions, students and teachers mostly use Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel to create their presentations, statistical data and memos in their teaching and learning. They also use these programs to work on the assignments, projects and for other purposes in the course of teaching and learning. Other examples are authoring tools to create websites, digital camera, Movie-maker, animation software, drawing and painting programs, wikis, and interactive whiteboard.
